- -Gcoba ngebhotolo ecacileyo, yivale kwaye uyiyeke iphumle imizuzu engama-30.
- -Thatha intlama encinci (120g), ufefe umgubo owomileyo kwaye uqengqe usebenzisa i-rolling pin. >
- -Yongeza kwaye usasaze ibhotolo ecacileyo, ufefe igalikhi, umxube we-spice olungisiweyo, i-coriander entsha, usonge iparatha ngokuthe nkqo macala omabini uze usonge.
- -Yenza umzobo embindini ngoncedo lwe umnwe & ugobe intlama ukusuka kumbono.
- -Jika intlama, usike phakathi, ufefe umgubo owomileyo kwaye ugalele ngoncedo lwe-rolling pin.
- -Kwi-griddle, yongeza ibhotela ecacileyo, yiyeke inyibilike & i-fry paratha ukusuka kumacala omabini kuze kube yi-golden brown (yenza i-5).
