  • 3 amacephe abomvu Chili Powder
  • 1 icephe lembewu yeMustard
  • 1 icephe le-Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 icephe leswekile (ukhetho)
  • 500ml Ioli ye-Mustard

Imiyalelo

1. Qala ngokuhlamba ii-Amla kakuhle kwaye uziphulule ngelaphu elicocekileyo. Yakuba yomisiwe, sika iAmla nganye ibe yikota kwaye ususe imbewu.

2. Kwisitya esikhulu sokuxuba, hlanganisa iziqwenga ze-Amla ngetyuwa, i-turmeric powder, kunye ne-red chili powder. Xuba kakuhle ukuqinisekisa ukuba iAmla iqatywe ngeziqholo.

3. Ukushisa ioli ye-mustard kwi-pan enzima-ephantsi de ifike kwindawo yokutshaya. Yivumele iphole kancinci phambi kokuba uyigalele kumxube we-Amla.
