Amla Achar Recipe

- 500g Amla (Indian Gooseberries)
- 200g Ityuwa
- 2 amacephe ePowder Turmeric
- 3 amacephe abomvu Chili Powder
- 1 icephe lembewu yeMustard
- 1 icephe le-Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 icephe leswekile (ukhetho)
- 500ml Ioli ye-Mustard
Imiyalelo
1. Qala ngokuhlamba ii-Amla kakuhle kwaye uziphulule ngelaphu elicocekileyo. Yakuba yomisiwe, sika iAmla nganye ibe yikota kwaye ususe imbewu.
2. Kwisitya esikhulu sokuxuba, hlanganisa iziqwenga ze-Amla ngetyuwa, i-turmeric powder, kunye ne-red chili powder. Xuba kakuhle ukuqinisekisa ukuba iAmla iqatywe ngeziqholo.
3. Ukushisa ioli ye-mustard kwi-pan enzima-ephantsi de ifike kwindawo yokutshaya. Yivumele iphole kancinci phambi kokuba uyigalele kumxube we-Amla.
4. Yongeza imbewu yemostade kunye ne-asafoetida kumxube, uze uvuselele kwakhona ukudibanisa ngokulinganayo.
