Stir Fry Tofu Five-Ways

Sweet and Sour Tofu:
1 Block Firm/Extra Firm Tofu, 1 inch cubes, pinindot at pinatuyo ng likido

Air Fry Tofu
1 Block ng Tofu
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp ground Black Pepper
Cooking Spray

1 Tbsp neutral Oil (Safflower na ginamit sa Video)
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 Tbsp grated Ginger
1 Tbsp chopped Red Chilies
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp ground Black Pepper
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2-4 Tsp Green Onions (Para sa Sauce at garnish)
1/4 Cup Freshly Chopped Cilantro (Para sa Sauce at garnish)
Orange Tofu:
Para sa Tofu:
1 14 onsa na bloke ng Extra Firm Tofu, pinindot
1 Tbsp. Langis
2 Tbsp. toyo
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Para sa Orange Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Langis ng Sesame
1 Tbsp. Luya, binalatan at gadgad
1 Tbsp. Bawang, pinong tinadtad o gadgad
1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tasang Orange Juice, sariwang pinisil
1/3 tasa Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce o Tamari (gluten free option)
2 Tbsp. suka
2 Tsp Orange Zest
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. malamig na tubig
Gochujang Tofu:
1 Block ng Extra Firm Tofu, Pressed and Patted Dried
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Oil o Cooking Spray
3 Tbsp Gochujang Pepper Paste (adjust ayon sa spice preference)...
