1 ½ tasang Curd
4 tbsp Besan (gram na harina)
½ tasa Sibuyas hiniwa
½tbsp Bawang tinadtad
½tbsp Ginger tinadtad
3/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Pulang ginaw pulbos
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

10 cups Water
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Methi dana (fenugreek)
1 tsp Cumin
2 nos Dry red chilly
½ tsp Heeng (asafoetida)

1 tasang Besan (gram flour)
to lasa Salt
1no Green chilly chopped
½ tsp Turmerik
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1 tbsp coriander seeds
tsp Cumin
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tasang Spinach tinadtad
3/4 cup Water
PARA SA TEMPERING
2 tbsp Desi Ghee
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin
½ tsp Red chilly powder
