  • Maghanda ng Cone in Air fryer:
    • Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 at ½ Cups
    • Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
    • Ajwain ( Carom seeds) ½ tsp
    • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
    • Lal mirch (Red chilli) dinurog ½ tsp
    • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs< /li>
    • Tubig ½ tasa o kung kinakailangan

    • Ihanda ang Meethi Chutney:
      • Gurr (Jaggery) 1 Cup
      • Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp o ayon sa panlasa
      • Saunf (Fennel seeds) dinurog ½ tsp
      • Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tbs
      • Cornflour ½ tbs o kung kinakailangan
      • Tubig ¾ Cup
      • Ihanda ang Dahi Chana Chaat:
        • Chanay (Chickpeas) pinakuluang 2 Tasa

        • Tamatar (Kamatis) tinadtad ½ Tasa
        • Hari mirch (berdeng sili) tinadtad 3-4
        • Lemon juice 3 tbs
        • Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
        • Chaat masala ½ tbs
        • Lal mirch (Red chillies) 2 tsp
        • Dahi (Yogurt) makapal at whisked ¾ Cup
        • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) tinadtad na dakot
