Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho Janay tak fry ker lein. Mutton dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. Adrak lehsan aur hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minuto kliya paka lein. Tamatar,pink salt,zeera,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhnaia,lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 minuto). Dahi aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minuto). Hari mirchein,hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. Hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka naan ka saath serve karein!
