-Uyah pink Himalaya ½ sdt atawa secukupnya
-Lal mirch (Cabe beureum) ditumbuk 1 sdm
-Ajwain (siki karambol) ½ sdt
-Minyak goreng 1 sdm

Arah:
-Blénder jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Mangkok mein maida,zeera,kalonji,uyah pink,lal mirch ditumbuk aur ajwain dal ker nyeri tarhan campur karein.
