-Sabuut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
-Urad daal (Split black gram) 1 koob (250g)
-Sarson ka tel Saliida mustard) 1/3 koob oo lagu badalo: saliidda aad dooratay
-Rai dana ( iniin khardal madow) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Basal) oo la jarjaray 1 yar
-budada Hing (budada Asafoetida)
-Atta (Budada Qamadiga) 3 qaado
- Biyo 5 koob ama sida loo baahdo - Budada Lal mirch (budada basbaaska cas) 1 tsp ama dhadhamin
- Hara Dhania (Koryaan cusub) oo muggeed la jarjaray basbaaska cagaarka ah, iniinta korayander, iniin khamuun, basbaaska madow & si ba'an u burburi & meel dhig.
- Wok, ku dar garaam madow oo kala go'an iyo dubay qalalan oo olol hooseeya 8-10 daqiiqo.
- Ha qaboojiso.
-In weel wax lagu shiidi karo, ku dar lentil dubay, oo si ba'an u shiid oo dhinac u dhig.
- Dheriga dhexdiisa, ku dar saliid khardal ah oo kuleyli si ay qiiqu u gaadho.
