U diyaari Buuxinta Baradhada: - Wok, ku dar saliidda cuntada, toonta iyo shiil ilaa dahabka. -Ku dar basbas cagaaran oo si fiican isku walaaq. -Dami ololka,ku dar baradho & si fiican u shiil adiga oo kaashanaya mishiinka. Dabka shidi, ku dar masala tandoori, chaat masala, milix casaan ah, budo basbas cas ah, iniin khamuun, iniin khardal ah, budada saliimka ah, bur garaam, sabiib cusub, isku walaaq oo hoos u kari ilaa 3-4 daqiiqo. -Ha qaboojiso.
Paratha Paratha Dough: -In baaquli, ku dar subag la caddeeyey oo si fiican u garaac ilaa uu midabkiisu beddelo (2-3 daqiiqo). -Ku dar bur, bur qamadi, sonkor, baking soda, milix casaan ah & si fiican isku walaaq ilaa ay jajabaan. -Si tartiib ah ugu dar caano, si fiican isku walaaq & cajiin ilaa cajiinka uu sameeyo. -Ku subag cajiinka saliidda cuntada, dabool oo ha nasto 1 saac. - Qaado qayb yar oo cajiinka ah, samee kubad & subag saliidda cuntada ah oo ku duub xaashi dhuuban adigoo kaashanaya biinka duuban.
