  • 2 koob (oo ay ku jiraan dareeraha) / 1 qasac (540ml Can Low Sodium) - Chickpeas oo la kariyey oo ay weheliso dheecanka digaaga (aquafaba)
  • 3 qaado oo saliid saytuun ah ama saliidda cuntada ee doorashada
  • 2 Bay ka baxo
  • 1+1/2 koob / 200g Basasha - si fiican loo jarjaray
  • 1 qaado oo toon ah - jar jartey (4 ilaa 5 xabo oo toon ah)
  • 1/2 qaado oo sinjibiil ah - si fiican loo jarjaray (1/2 inch sinjibiil)
  • 2 qaado qaado oo yaanyo ah ama aad dhadhamiso
  • 1 qaado oo shaah ah oo la jarjaray cumin
  • 1 qaado oo shaah ah oo la jarjaray oo dhulka hoostiisa ah
  • 1 qaado shaah paprika ah (lama cabbin)
  • 1/2 Qaado Qamadi ah
  • 1/2 qaado shaaha oo basbaaska madow la geliyey
  • 1/2 ilaa 1/4 qaado shaah Cayenne Pepper ama budada Chili Hindida (ikhtiyaar ah)
  • 140g / 3/4 Koob Yaanyo (1 yaanyo cabbir dhexdhexaad ah)
  • 1/4 koob / 60ml Biyo ama sida loo baahdo
  • milix ay dhadhamiso (waxaan ku daray wadar ahaan 1 malqacad milix ah oo casaan ah oo Himalayas ah (1/4 tsp inta aan shiilanayay basasha + 3/4 tsp ilaa chickpeas)
  • 1/4 qaado oo sonkor ah (waxaan isticmaalay sonkorta bakoorada)
  • 1/2 qaado shaah Garam Masala
