Vegan Chickpea Curry

- 2 tablespoons Olive oil or oil oil
- hanyanisi 1
- Gariki, 4 clove
- 1 tablespoon Ginger yakakanyiwa
- Munyu kuravidza
- 1/2 teaspoon Mhiripiri nhema
- 1 teaspoon Kumini
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 2 maspuniki Garam masala
- 4 madomasi madiki, akachekwa
- 1 gaba (300g-yakanyudzwa) Chickpeas,
- 1 gaba (400ml) Coconut mukaka
- 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons Lime/lemon juice
- Mupunga kana naan wekusevenzesa
1. Mupani hombe kupisa 2 tablespoons mafuta omuorivhi. Wedzerai hanyanisi yakagurwa wobva maita maminetsi mashanu. Wedzera garlic yakagurwa, ginger yakakanyiwa wobika kwemaminitsi 2-3.
2. Wedzera kumini, turmeric, garam masala, munyu uye pepper. Bika kweminiti imwe.
3. Wedzera matomatisi akachekwa wobika, uchikurudzira apo neapo, kusvika apfava. Angangoita 5-10 maminetsi.
4. Wedzera chickpeas nemukaka wekokonati. Uyai nemusanganiswa kumota, uye kuderedza kupisa kusvika pakati-pasi. Simmer kwemaminitsi 5-10. Kusvikira zvishoma. Tarisa murunge wowedzera munyu kana zvichidiwa.
5. Bvisa kupisa uye ukurisa coriander yakachekwa nemuto weremoni.
6. Pave nemupunga kana nechingwa cheNaan.
