Veg Khao Swe

Ingredients: yemukaka wekokonati uchangogadzirwa kumba (800 ml approx.)
coconut matsva makapu maviri
Mvura 2 makapu + 3/4th - 1 kapu
Maitiro:
Cheka zvinyoro nyoro kokonati uye woiisa mumudziyo wokukuya, pamwe chete nemvura, ukuya zvakanaka sezvinobvira.
Shandisa sefa nejira remuslin, endesa coconut paste mumucheka, svina zvakanaka kuti uburitse mukaka wekokonati.
Dzorerazve shandisa pulp nekudzorera muchirongo, wowedzera zvimwe. mvura, dzokorora maitiro mamwe chete kuti ubvise mukaka wekokonati wakanyanya.
Mukaka wako wekokonati mutsva wagadzirwa, izvi zvinokupa 800 ml yemukaka wekokonati. Chengeta parutivi kuti ushandiswe kugadzira khao swe.

Upfu hwezvinonhuwira:1. Haldi (Turmeric) upfu 2 tsp2. Lal mirch (Red chilli) upfu 2 tsp3. Dhaniya (Coriander) upfu 1 tsp4. Jeera (kumini) upfu 1 tsp
Veggies:1. Farsi (French beans) ½ mukombe2. Gajar (makaroti) ½ mukombe3. Chibage chemwana ½ kapu
Muto wemuriwo / mvura inopisa 750 ml
Gud (jaggery) 1 tsp
Munyu kuvira
Besan ( giramu reupfu) 1 tbsp
Mukaka wekokonati 800 ml
