Gadzirira Tadka: -Mupani diki, wedzera mafuta ekubikisa, ginger & fry kwemasekonzi makumi matatu. -Wedzera green chilles, cumin mhodzi, carom mhodzi, Kashmiri red chilli poda & sanganisa zvakanaka. -Zvino durura tadka muhari, shongedza necoriander nyowani & ushumire! Gadzirira Zeera Pulao: -Muchopa, wedzera mint mashizha, fresh coriander,gariki,ginger,green chillies,cheka zvakanaka & uise parutivi. -Muhari, wedzera ruomba uye rega rinyunguduke. -Wedzera onion & fry kusvika yakareruka goridhe. -Wedzera black cardamom, cumin mhodzi & sanganisa zvakanaka. -Wedzera yakachekwa girinhi musanganiswa, sanganisa zvakanaka & kubika kwemaminetsi 1-2. -Wedzera mvura, pink munyu, muto weremoni, sanganisa zvakanaka uye uuye nazvo kuvira. -Wedzera mupunga, sanganisa zvakanaka uye gadzira pamoto wakanyanya kusvika mvura yadzikira (3-4 maminetsi), vhara uye gadzira pamoto wakaderera kwemaminetsi 8-10.
