-Kubikira mafuta 3 tbsp
-Adrak (Ginger) akachekwa 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Zeera (Mhodzi dzekumini) ½ tsp
-Ajwain (Mhodzi dzeCarom) 1 pinch
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) poda ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa

-Podina (Mint mashizha) ane chitsama
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ishoma
-Lehsan (Garlic) clove 4-5
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-8
-Ghee (yakajeka butter) ¼ mukombe
-Pyaz (Onion) yakachekwa pakati nepakati
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1

-Pazvinonhuwirira bhora strainer, wedzera mhodzi dzefennel, nyeredzi anise, sinamoni tsvimbo, dema cardamom, cumin mhodzi, bay mashizha, vhara kuti uvhare & isa parutivi.
-Mupoto isa chickpeas nhema,pink munyu,mvura,sakanisa zvakanaka woita kuti ivirise.
-Bvisa scum, wedzera spice strainer bhora, vhara & bika pamoto wakaderera kusvika wanyorova (35-40 maminitsi) & bvisa strainer bhora rinonhuwirira (inenge 2 makapu emvura anofanira kusara).
-Mu blender jug, wedzera yakabikwa pizi nhema (1/2 Cup), chickpea stock (1/2 Cup), sanganisa zvakanaka uye uise parutivi.
-Svidza nhokwe nhema uye chengetedza stock kuti ushandise gare gare.
-Muhari, isa mafuta ekubikisa,hanyanisi & fry kusvika yapenya.
-Wedzera matomatisi, ginger gariki paste, sanganisa zvakanaka & bika kwemaminetsi 1-2.
-Wedzera pink munyu, kumini poda, tsvuku chilli poda, coriander hupfu, Kashmiri tsvuku chilli poda, garam masala hupfu, sanganisa zvakanaka & bika kwemaminetsi maviri- matatu.
-Wedzera yakasanganiswa chickpea paste & sanganisa zvakanaka kweminiti.
-Wedzera yakabikwa yakabikwa nhema chickpeas, yakachengetwa stock, sanganisa zvakanaka uye uuye nayo kuti ibike.
-Wedzera nyowani coriander, mashizha akaomeswa fenugreek, chivharo & bika pamoto wakaderera kwemaminetsi 4-5.

-Mupani diki, wedzera mafuta ekubikisa, ginger & fry kwemasekonzi makumi matatu.
-Wedzera green chilles, cumin mhodzi, carom mhodzi, Kashmiri red chilli poda & sanganisa zvakanaka.
-Zvino durura tadka muhari, shongedza necoriander nyowani & ushumire!
