UPMA RECIPE
- For Sautéing Rava:
- 1 ½ tbsp ghee
- 1 kapu/ 165 gms bombay rava/ sooji
- KuUpma:
- 3 zvipunu mafuta (chero mafuta akacheneswa)
- 3/4 tsp Mbeu dzemasitadhi
- 1 tbsp gota urad/ uradhi yakakwenenzverwa
- 1 tbsp chana dal/ bengal gram
- 8 isina cashew nuts, cheka nepakati
- 1 tsp ginger, yakagurwa
- 1 hanyanisi yepakati, yakachekwa

- 12-15 isina mashizha ecurry
- 3 ½ makapu emvura

- ¼ tsp shuga

- 1 tbsp ghee
Chiito:
