Ingredients

  • 1 banana rakaibva
  • 1 cup sipinachi mashizha

  • Chitsama chegranola (chepamusoro)
  • Mashizha emint matsva (ekushongedza)

Mirairo

  1. Muchi blender, sanganisa banana, mashizha espinachi, mukaka wealmond, blue spirulina powder, chlorella powder, plant-based protein powder, uye mango chunks akaomeswa nechando.
