Steamed Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Mukaka 1 litre (mafuta akazara)
Fresh cream 250 ml
Lemon juice 1/2 - 1 nos.
Munyu papinch
Nzira:
1. Sanganisa mukaka nekrimu muhari yestock wounza kuti zvipere.
2. Isa muto weremoni uye kurunga kusvika mukaka wanyorova.
3. Sveta masaga uchishandisa jira remuslin uye sefa.
4. Shamba uye svina mvura yakawandisa.
5. Sanganisa masaga nechipunu chemunyu kusvika zvinyoro.
6. Isa mufiriji woirega ichimira.
Biscuit Base:
Biscuits 140 grams
Butter 80 grams (yakanyungudika)
Cheesecake Batter:
Cream cheese 300 gramu
Upfu hweshuga 1/2 mukombe
Upfu hwechibage 1 tbsp
Mukaka wakanyungudutswa 150 ml
Fresh cream 3/4 cup
Curd 1/4 kapu
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Mango puree 100 gramu
Lemon zest 1 nos.
Method:
1. Gaya mabhisikiti kuita upfu wakatsetseka wosanganisa nebhota rakanyunguduka.
2. Paridza musanganiswa muspringform pan uye mufiriji.
3. Rova chizi chekirimu, shuga neupfu hwechibage kusvika zvapfava.
4. Isa mukaka wakakora uye zvimwe zvasara worova kusvika zvasangana.
5. Dururira batter mupani nechiutsi kweawa imwe.
6. Tonhodza woisa mufiriji kwemaawa 2-3.
7. Zvishongedze nezvimedu zvemango wopa.
