Ingredients

2 tbsp Mustard Oil (सरसों का तेल)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
1 medium onion - yakachekwa (प्याज़)
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
2-3 Green Chillies - yakachekwa (हरी मिर्च)
Tomato 1 yepakati - yakagurwa (टमाटर)
Mvura (पानी)
1½ mukombe Split Black Gram - yakanyikwa (उड़द दाल)
Munyu kuvira (नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 tsp Mbeu Kumini - yakakangwa (जीरा)
2 tbsp Mashizha eCoriander - akachekwa (धनिया के )

Gadzira

Mugango pisa mafuta emustard, woisa mhodzi yekumini, ita kuti itsemuke.
Zvino wedzera hanyanisi wosvuura kusvika watsvukira wobva wawedzera degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies uye socha kusvika zvanhuhwirira.
