-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuti kuravira
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp kana kuravidza
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes sezvinodiwa
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes sezvinodiwa
-Zvimedu zvechingwa zvakakangwa 2
-Maida (Upfu hwechinangwa chese) sezvinodiwa
- Andy (Mazai) whisked 2
-Mafuta ekubikisa

Maitiro:
-Cheka chicken fillet kuita 1-inch cubes.
-Mundiro, wedzera huku, hot sauce,vinegar ,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,oregano,red chilli powder & sanganisa zvakanaka,vhara necling film & marinate kwemaawa maviri.
-Skew marinated chicken in a wood skewer with capsicum & onion cubes. .
-Muchopa, isa zvimedu zvechingwa zvakakangwa & wochekerera zvakanaka muzvimedu zvechingwa woendesa mundiro.
-Mundiro, isa hupfu hwese-se-upfu nemazai akakushwa mune imwe mbiya.
-Basa huku yehuku. skewers muupfu hwese-zvese wonyika mumazai akakanyiwa & bhachi nezvimedu zvechingwa (zvinoita 14-15).
-Muwoki, pisa mafuta ekubikisa & fry chicken skewers pamoto wakaderera kusvika goridhe & crispy.
