-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ Mukombe
-Zeera (Mhodzi dzeCumin) dzakagochwa nekupwanyika 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
-Lal mirch (Dzvuku chilli) yakapwanyiwa 1 tsp
-Mvura 1 Kapu
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) yakachekwa 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa ruoko /p>
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Mafuta ekubikisa 2-3 tbs
-Til (Mhodzi dzeSesame) sezvinodiwa
-Mafuta ekubikisa 1-2 tsp kana zvichidiwa
Nyengero:
-Cheka hanyanisi & capsicum.
-Gura karoti, gourd remubhotoro, ginger & uise parutivi.
-Mundiro, isa yogati,semolina,kumini mhodzi,pink munyu,red chilili yakapwanyika,mvura & whisk zvakanaka,vhara uye rega zvizorore kwemaminitsi gumi.
-Isa miriwo yose, green chilli, fresh coriander, baking soda & sanganisa zvakanaka.
-Mukapani kadiki diki (6-inches), isa mafuta ekubikisa wopisa.
-Isa sesame, gadzira batter & kuparadzira zvakaenzana, kufukidza & kubika pamoto wakaderera kusvika goridhe (6-8 maminetsi), flip zvakanaka, kana zvichidikanwa wedzera mafuta ekubikisa & bika pamoto wepakati kusvika wapedza (3-4 maminetsi) (ita 4) & shumira! p>
