Shahi Gajrela Recipe

Ingredients:
- Gajar (Karoti) 300 gm
- Chawal (Mupunga) basmati ¼ Cup (yakanyikwa kwemaawa maviri)
- Doodh (Mukaka) 1 & ½ litita
- Shuga ½ Mukombe kana kuravira
- Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom powder) yakapwanyika ¼ tsp
- Badam (Maamondi) akachekwa 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) yakachekwa 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) sezvinodiwa pakushongedza
- Walnut (Akhrot) yakachekwa 2 tsp
- Kokonati yakashongedzwa yekushongedza
Nzira:
- Mundiro, gera makarotsi uchishandisa grater woisa parutivi.
- Kupwanya mupunga wakanyikwa nemaoko uchiisa parutivi.
- Muhari, isa mukaka woita kuti uvirise.
- Wedzera makarotsi akakuyiwa, mupunga wemupunga wosanganisa zvakanaka, wouya nawo kuvira uye wobika pamoto uri pakati nepakati kwemaminetsi 5-6, vhara zvishoma uye ubike pamoto wakaderera kwemaminetsi makumi mana kusvika paawa imwe uye ramba uchikurudzira pakati.
- Wedzera shuga, mhodzi dzecardamom, maarumondi, mapistachios, sanganisa zvakanaka uye ubike pamoto uripakati nepakati kusvikira mukaka wapera uye wakora (5-6 maminitsi).
- Pembedza nepistachios nekokonati yakashata uye ushumire zvichipisa kana kutonhora!
