Ingredients
Mashizha eMasitadhi – 1 guru guru/300 gms
Mashizha eSipinachi – ¼ sumbu/80gms
Mashizha eMethi (Fenugreek) – mashoma
mashizha eBathua – ruoko/50gms
Radish mashizha – ruoko/50gms
Channa Dal (Split chickpeas) – ⅓ kapu/65 gms (yakanyikwa)
Turnup – 1 no (yakapepetwa & yachekwa)
Mvura – 2 makapu
Yekupisa
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Garichi yakachekwa – 1 tsp
hanyanisi yakachekwa – 3 tbsp
Green chilili yakachekwa – 2 nos.
Ginger yakachekwa – 2 tsp
Makki atta (hupfu hwechibage) – 1 teaspoon
Munyu – kuravidza
2nd tempering
Desi Ghee – 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
