-Mashizha eSamosa sezvinodiwa

-Mafuta ekubikisa pakukangwa

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs

-Chocolate ganache

-Pista (Pistachios) yakachekwa

Maitiro :

Gadzira Creamy Custard:

-Mupoto, isa mukaka,shuga,custard powder,vanilla essence,kirimu uye whisk zvakanaka .

-Batidza murazvo wobva wabika pamoto wakadzikira kusvika wanyatsokora uchiri kupuruzira.

-Tumira mundiro uye rega kuti itonhore paunenge uchikurunga.

-Fukidza pasi nefirimu rekudya uye mufiriji kwemaminetsi makumi matatu.

-Bvisa firimu rekudyira, kurunga zvakanaka kusvika ratsetseka uye woendesa kubhegi repombi.

Gadzirira Samosa. Cannoli/Rolls:

-Mundiro, isa hupfu hwechinangwa chese, mvura uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Flour slurry yagadzirwa.

-Putira foil yealuminium pa2cm pini gobvu inomonereka.

-Peta shizha resamosa pafoiri yealuminium & unama migumo nefurawa slurry wobva wanyatsobvisa pini kubva pafoiri yealuminium.

-Muwoki, pisa mafuta ekubikisa. & fry samosa inomonereka nefoiri yealuminium pamoto wakadzikira kusvika yatsvuka.

-Mudhishi, isa shuga yakakanyiwa, sinamoni poda & sanganisa zvakanaka.

-Bvisa aruminiyamu nekungwarira. foil kubva mumaroll & jasi nesinamoni sugar.

-Pipa yagadzirwa creamy custard musinamoni sugar-yakavharidzirwa masamosa rolls.
