Ingredients:

Gadzira Kuzadza Huku:

  • Mafuta ekubikisa 3-4 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onisheni) yakachekwa ½ Mukombe
  • Huku yakabikwa & shredded 500g
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Himalayan pink munyu ½ tsp kana kuravira
  • Zeera poda ( Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  • Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbs
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • Mvura 4-5 tbs

Gadzira Sauce:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Kapu
  • Mayonnaise 5 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
  • Lehsan (Garlic) 4 clove
  • Himalayan pink munyu ½ tsp kana kuravira
  • Lal mirch poda (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kana kuravira
  • Podina (Mint mashizha) 12-15
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ruoko

Gadzirira Paratha :

  • Maida (hupfu hwechinangwa chese) akasefa 3 & ½ Makapu
  • Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
  • Shuga yakapfava 1 tbs< /li>
  • Ghee (Clarified butter) yakanyunguduka 2 tbs
  • Mvura 1 Cup kana sezvinodiwa
  • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
  • Ghee ( Ruomba rwakanatswa) ½ tbs
  • Ghee (Yakacheneswa ruomba) ½ tbs

Kuunganidza:

  • French fries sezvinodiwa
  • Wedzera huku, ginger garlic paste, munyu wepink, cumin powder, turmeric powder, tikka masala, lemon juice & sanganisa zvakanaka.
  • Isa mvura & sanganisa zvakanaka, vhara uye ubike pamoto uripakati nepakati kwe4- Maminitsi mashanu wobva wabika pamoto mukuru kwemaminitsi 1-2.
  • Gadzira Sauce:

    1. Muchigubhu che blender, wedzera yoghurt, mayonnaise, green chillies, gariki, munyu wepingi, chilli poda tsvuku, mashizha emindi, coriander nyoro, sanganisa zvakanaka & uise parutivi.

    Gadzirira Paratha:

    1. Mundiro, wedzera. hupfu hwechinangwa chese, munyu wepingi, shuga, ruomba uye sanganisa zvakanaka kusvika rwapwanyika.
    2. Zvishoma nezvishoma wedzera mvura, sanganisa zvakanaka & kanya kusvikira mukanyiwa wagadzirwa.
    3. zora mafuta nemafuta akajeka. , chivhara uye rega kuti chizorore kwemaminitsi gumi nemashanu.
    4. Kanya & kutambanudza mukanyiwa kwemaminetsi maviri-3.
