ZVINOITWA ZVEMARERENZI:
- 450g / 1 Eggplant (rakazara nemazano) - cheka mukati 3 kusvika 2-1/2 inches kureba X 1/2 inch makobvu zvimedu approx.)< br>- ½ Teaspoon munyu
- 3 kusvika 4 Tablespoon Oil Oil
- ½ kapu / 100g Green Lentils (Nyoka kwe8 kusvika 10 maawa kana husiku hwose)
- 2 Tablespoon Oil Olive
- 2 makapu / 275g Hanyanisi - yakachekwa
- Munyu kuvira [Ndaisa 1/4 teaspoon (kuhanyanisi) + 1 teaspoon yepink Himalayan salt kune lentils]
- 2 Tablespoon Garlic - yakachekwa zvakanaka
- 1+1/2 Teapunu Paprika (HAISVIKI)
- 1 Teapuni Yepasi Kumini
- 1 Teapuni Yepasi Coriander
- 1/4 Teapunu yeCayenne pepper
- 2+1/2 kapu / 575ml Vegetable Muto / Stock (Ndashandisa LOW SODIUM Veg Broth)
- 1 kusvika 1+1/4 kapu / 250 kusvika 300ml Passata kana Tomato puree (ndawedzera 1+1/4 kapu nokuti ndinoifarira zvishoma tomatoey)
- 150g Green Beans (21 kusvika 22 bhinzi) - cheka muzvidimbu 2 inch refu
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- Kunyura kwemafuta eOlive (Sarudzo: Ndawedzera organic inotonhora yakadzvanywa Olive Olive)

METHOD:
Zvakanyatso geza uye ucheke eggplant kuita 1/2 inch makobvu zvidimbu zvinenge. Wedzera 1/2 teaspoon munyu uye sanganisa kusvikira chidimbu chimwe nechimwe chaputirwa nemunyu.
