Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:
1. 1 kapu yehupfu hweragi
2. 1/2 kapu yeupfu hwemupunga
3. 1/4 mukombe urad dal
4. 1 teaspoon munyu
5. Mvura
Mirairo:
1. Soak urad dal kwemaawa mana.
2. Gaya dhiri kuita bhatiri rakanaka.
3. Mune imwe ndiro, sanganisa ragi nehupfu yemupunga.
4. Sanganisa mu urad dal batter.
5. Wedzera munyu nemvura sezvinodiwa kuti uwane kuenderana kwedosa batter.
Kubika Dosa:
1. Pisa poto pamusoro pekupisa zviri pakati nepakati.
2. Dururira ladle rakazara rebatter pane skillet woiparadzira kuita denderedzwa.
3. Dururira oiri pamusoro wobika kusvika zvatsvuka.
Nzungu Chutney:
1. Pisa mafuta echipunu chimwe mupani.
2. Wedzera zvipunu 2 nzungu, 1 tablespoon chana dal, 2 chilies dzvuku dzakaomeswa, chimedu chidiki chetamarind, zvipunu 2 zvekokonati, wobva wasota kusvika zvikaita goridhe zvishoma.
3. Gaya musanganiswa uyu nemvura, munyu, uye chimedu chejaga kugadzira chutney yakatsetseka.
