Punjabi Chicken Gravy

Ingredients:
- 1.1kg/2.4 lb zvidya zvehuku zvisina ganda. Unogona kushandisa huku ine mapfupa.
- 1/4 th cup plain unflavored yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 th teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder. Unogona kushandisa mhiripiri yecayenne kana paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon munyu
- 1/2 teaspoon yakapwanyika mhiripiri nhema
- 10 clove / 35 gm/ 1.2 oz gariki
- 2 & 1/2 inch kureba/ 32 gm/ 1.1 oz ginger
- hanyanisi 1 hombe kana kuti hanyanisi 4 dziri pakati nepakati
- matomatisi makuru
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon yakatutirwa Kashmiri tsvuku chilli poda. Ndapota gadzirisa chikamu maererano nezvinodiwa. Unogona kushandisa paprika kana uchida kudzivirira kupisa
- 1 tablespoon yakatutirwa pasi coriander (dhania powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon kasoori methi (mashizha akaomeswa fenugreek). Kuwedzera mashizha emufenugreek kunogona kuita kuti curry yako ivava
- 1 yakatutirwa teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons mafuta emustard kana chero mafuta aunoda. Kana ukashandisa mafuta emustard ndokumbira upise kutanga pakupisa kukuru kusvika yatanga kuputa. Wodzikisira kupisa kwemafuta zvishoma nezvishoma usati waisa zvinonhuwira zvako zvese
- 2 tablespoons ghee (Wedzera chipunu 1 nemafuta nechimwe chipunu pamwe chete necoriander pasi. Kana uchida gadzira ghee yako yekumba wobva watevera resipi iyi)
