Ingredients:

-Baisan (Gram flour) yakasefa Makapu maviri
-Zeera (Mhodzi dzeCumin) dzakagochwa nekupwanyika 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink munyu ¼ tsp kana kuravira
-Mafuta ekubikisa 1 tbs
-Mvura 1 Kapu
-Mafuta ekubikisa ekukayisa
-Mvura sezvinodiwa
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5-6
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 9-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Zeera (Mhodzi dzeCumin) dzakakangwa & dzakapwanyika 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink munyu 1 pinch
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Mukombe
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Mafuta ekubikisa 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Mhodzi dzeKumin) 1 tsp
-Rai dana (Mhodzi dzeMasitadhi) nhema ½ tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika
-Chaat masala
-Papri

Directions:

Bowl mein baisan,zeera,soda,pink munyu,mafuta ekubikisa aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 maminitsi kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 maminitsi kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara Dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein cooking oil,zeera,rai. dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kuunganidza: Kubika ndiro mein soaked baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala aur papri dal ker serve karein!
