Ingredients:

3-4 Garlic clove, yakaomeswa pasi
Hanyanisi 2 hombe, dzakachekwa zvakanaka
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
6 madomasi makuru matsva, akacheneswa
Munyu kuvira
Penne Pasta, yakabikwa
2-3 tbsp ketchup
½ mukombe Chibage chinotapira, chakabikwa
1 hombe bhero mhiripiri, diced
2 tsp oregano yakaoma
1.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp Butter
¼ mukombe Fresh Cream
Mashizha mashoma eCoriander, akachekwa zvakanaka
¼ mukombe wakagadzirwa cheese, grated
Process
• Mune pani inorema pasi, kupisa mvura, kuwedzera munyu nemafuta, kuunza kumota, kuwedzera pasta uye kubika inenge 90%.
• Simbisa pasita mundiro, wedzera mamwe mafuta kuti usanamatira. Chengetedza pasta mvura. Gara parutivi kuti uwedzere kushandiswa.
• Pisa mafuta mune imwe pani, wedzera gariki uye kubika kusvika kunhuhwirira.
• Wedzera hanyanisi uye gadzira kusvika zvajeka. Wedzera tsvuku tsvuku tsvuku uye sanganisa zvakanaka.
• Wedzerai tomato puree nemunyu, fungai zvakanaka uye gadzirai 5-7 maminitsi.
