Paratha Aloo Wrap

Ingredients:
- Pyaz (Onisheni) yakachekwa 2 zviripakati
- Sirka (Vhiniga) ¼ Mukombe
- Mvura ½ Mukombe
- Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Aloo (Mbatatisi) yakabikwa 500g
- Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) yakagurwa tsama
- li>Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Tandoori masala 1 tsp< /li>
- Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs
- Mayonnaise 2 tbs
- Plain paratha
- Mafuta ekubikisa 1-2 tbs
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) yakachekwa zvakanaka
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
- Podina raita (Mint yoghurt sauce)
- Paprika poda yekuravira /ul>
Maitiro:
-Mundiro, isa hanyanisi, vhiniga, mvura, munyu wepingi, sanganisa zvakanaka uye wosiya zvinyoke kusvika zvadyiwa.
-Mundiro, isa mbatatisi & mesh zvakanaka uchishandisa masher.
-Wedzera fresh coriander, pink munyu, red chilli yakatswanywa, garam masala powder, tandoori masala, chilli garlic sauce, mayonesi. & sanganisa kusvika zvanyatsosangana.
-Paparatha, wedzera 3-4 tbs dzembatatisi dzakagadzirwa uye paradzira zvakaenzana.
-Mugango, isa mafuta ekubikisa wodziisa.
p>-Isa paratha (padivi rembatatisi pasi) wobika kwemaminitsi 1-2.
-Flip & pahafu yeparatha, wedzera & paradzira makabheji, hanyanisi yakanyudzwa nevhiniga, capsicum, mint. muto weyoghurt, paprika poda, flip rimwe divi reparatha (ita 4-5) & shandisa!
