Pan Yakabikwa Salmon neLemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2-4 salmon fillets (180g per fillet)
- 1/3 kapu (75g) butter
- 2 maspuni muto weRemuni
- Lemon zest
- 2/3 kapu (160ml) Waini chena – sarudzo/kana muto wehuku
- 1/2 kapu (120ml) Heavy cream
- 2 maspuni parsley akachekwa
- Munyu
- Black pepper
Nzira:
- Bvisa ganda kubva kune salmon fillets. Kudzai munyu nemhiripiri.
- Nyungudusa ruomba pamusoro pekupisa kuri pakati nepakati. Fry the salmon kumativi ose kusvika ndarama, anenge 3-4 maminitsi kubva kune rumwe rutivi.
- Wedzera pani waini chena, muto wemonamu, zest lemon uye heavy cream. Bika salmon mumuto kwemaminitsi anenge matatu wobvisa mupani.
- Runga muto nemunyu nemhiripiri. Wedzera parsley yakagurwa uye funganisa. Deredza muto nehafu kusvika wakora.
- Paka salmon wodira muto wacho pamusoro pesalmon.
