Pan Yakabikwa Salmon neLemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 salmon fillets (180g per fillet)
  • 1/3 kapu (75g) butter
  • 2 maspuni muto weRemuni
  • Lemon zest
  • 2/3 kapu (160ml) Waini chena – sarudzo/kana muto wehuku
  • 1/2 kapu (120ml) Heavy cream
  • 2 maspuni parsley akachekwa
  • Munyu
  • Black pepper

Nzira:

  1. Bvisa ganda kubva kune salmon fillets. Kudzai munyu nemhiripiri.
  2. Nyungudusa ruomba pamusoro pekupisa kuri pakati nepakati. Fry the salmon kumativi ose kusvika ndarama, anenge 3-4 maminitsi kubva kune rumwe rutivi.
  3. Wedzera pani waini chena, muto wemonamu, zest lemon uye heavy cream. Bika salmon mumuto kwemaminitsi anenge matatu wobvisa mupani.
  4. Runga muto nemunyu nemhiripiri. Wedzera parsley yakagurwa uye funganisa. Deredza muto nehafu kusvika wakora.
  5. Paka salmon wodira muto wacho pamusoro pesalmon.
