PALAK PANEER

Ingredients:

masumbu maviri, mashizha ePalak, akacheneswa, (akacheneswa mumvura inotonhora yechando)
ginger 1 inches, grated
2-3 garlic pods, zvakachekwa
2 green chili , yakachekwa
YePalak Paneer
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp mafuta
¼ tsp kumini mhodzi
3-4 cloves
1 bay leaf
Pinch of asafoetida
2 -3 hanyanisi diki, yakachekwa
2-3 garlic pods, yakachekwa
1 medium Tomato, yakachekwa
1 tsp mhodzi dzekorianderi, dzakakangwa uye dzakapwanyika
1/2 tbsp. kasoori methi, yakagochwa uye yakapwanyika
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2-3 mashizha espinachi, akachekwa
2 bunches Sipinachi, blanched and puree
½ cup yemvura inopisa br>250-300 gm Paneer, cheka kuita cubes
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
Munyu as per taste
Ginger, julienne

Process
• Mupoto blanch sipinachi mashizha mu mvura inopisa kwemaminitsi 2-3. Bvisa nekukasika mumvura inotonhora yechando.
• Zvino mu blender isa ginger, garlic wogadzira paste wobva waisa palak yakabikwa wogadzira paste yakatsetseka
• Palak paneer heat ghee mupani woisa bay leaf, cumin mhodzi, asafoetida. Kanda kweminiti kusvika kunhuhwirira kwapera.
• Zvino wedzera hanyanisi negariki, gadzira kusvika zvaita translucence. Wedzera matomatisi uye funganya kusvika anyorova. Wedzera turmeric, chilli tsvuku, kasoori methi, mhodzi dzekorianderi dzakapwanyika uye imwe coriander poda uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Isa mamwe mashizha epalak akachekwa.
• Zvino wedzera palak puree yakagadzirwa, mvura inopisa, gadzirisa munyu uye kurunga zvakanaka.
• Tumira mapaneer cubes, mwaya garam masala wobvumira kuti ibike kweimwe miniti. >• Kupedzisa nekirimu nyoro woipeta kuita muto.
• Peta neginger julienne nekirimu nyoro.
