Ingredients:
-Lehsan (Garlic) 12-15 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Sabut dhania (Coriander mbeu) 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin mbeu) 2 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
-Urad daal (Split black gram) 1 Cup (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( Mafuta emustard) 1/3 Mukombe Wechinzvimbo: mafuta ekubikisa esarudzo yako
-Rai dana (Mhodzi nhema dzemasitadhi) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onisheni) yakachekwa 1 diki
-Hing powder (Asafoetida powder) ¼ tsp
-Atta (hupfu hwegorosi) 3 tbs
-Mvura 5 Makapu kana sezvinodiwa
-Haldi hupfu (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink munyu 1 & ½ tsp kana kuravira
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kana kuravira
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa tsama

Maitiro:
-Muchinofa & pestle,wedzera gariki,ginger, green chilies, mhodzi dzekorianderi, mhodzi dzekumini, mhiripiri nhema & kupwanya zvakakora & isa parutivi.
-Mune wok, wedzera patsanurwa giremu dema uye yakaoma gocha pamoto wakaderera kwemaminetsi 8-10.
-Rega zvitonhore.
-Muchirongo chekukuya, isa yakagochwa nenyemba,kuya zvakakora woisa parutivi.
-Mupoto, wedzera mafuta emasitadhi & wopisa kuti isvike pakusvuta.
-Wedzera mhodzi nhema yemasitadhi, hanyanisi,asafoetida hupfu, sanganisa zvakanaka & songa kwemaminetsi maviri kusvika matatu.
-Wedzera wakapwanyika zvinonhuwira, hupfu hwegorosi uye gadzira 2-3 maminetsi.
-Wedzera pasi lentil, mvura uye sanganisa zvakanaka.
-Wedzera turmeric poda, munyu mutsvuku, chilli poda, sanganisa zvakanaka & uuye nazvo kuti ivirise, vhara uye ubike pamoto wakaderera kusvika wanyorova (30-40 maminetsi), tarisa & kurunga pakati.
-Wedzera coriander nyowani uye ushumire nemupunga!
