Mupunga uye Gadzira Fry

- 1/4 kapu yakakora peanut butter
- 1/4 kapu yecoconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp maple manyuchi
- 1 tbsp pasi ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4-1/3 kapu yemvura inodziya
Cheka tempeh kuita zvidimbu zvidiki, cheka broccoli woisa parutivi. Pisa mafuta mupoto pamusoro pekupisa kwepakati. Wedzera tempeh uye 1/4 kapu yemvura, kuve nechokwadi kuti hapana zvidimbu zviri kupindana. Simudza. tempeh nemunyu uye bvisa kubva pane skillet. Wedzera broccoli kune skillet, wedzera 1/2 kapu yemvura, kufukidza, uye kubika kwema 5-10 mins, kana kusvika mvura yapera.
Ipo broccoli ichiri kupfungaira, sanganisa muto nekupuruzira zvinhu zvese zvemuto kusvika zvatsetseka. Kana broccoli iri nyoro, bvisa chivharo, wedzera tempeh, uye uvhare zvese muto wenzungu. Kurudzira, uuye nemuto kuti usvike, uye bvumira zvinonaka kuti zvibatane kwemaminetsi mashomanana.
