Mughlai Chicken Kabab

Ingredients
- Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 clove
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4 -5
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) 8-10
- Pyaz (Onion) yakakangwa ½ Mukombe
- Ghee (Yakanatswa butter) 2 tbs
- li>Chicken qeema (Mince) yakachekwa zvakanaka 650g
- Baisan (Gram powder) 4 tbs
- Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Lal mirch powder ( Chilli hupfu dzvuku) 1 tsp kana kuravira
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera ( Mbeu yekumini) yakagochwa nekupwanyiwa ½ tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa tsama
- Dahi (Yogurt) yakaturikwa 300g
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) yakachekwa 2
- Himalayan pink munyu ¼ tsp kana kuravira
- Maruva akaomeswa erose akapwanyika ane tsama
- Mafuta ekubikisa ekukangwa
- Sonehri warq (Golden anodyika ,cashew nuts,fried onion,pwanya & geya zvakanaka kuti ugokora ugoisa parutivi.
- Mudish isa clarified butter,huku mince,upfu hwegram,ground paste,pink salt,red chilli powder. , cardamom powder, black pepper poda, cumin mhodzi, coriander nyoro, sanganisa & monya zvakanaka nemaoko kusvika zvanyatsosangana.
- Mundiro, isa yoghurt, green chillies,pink salt,dred rose petals & sanganisa zvakanaka .
- zora maoko neoiri, tora musanganiswa mudiki (80g) woisa pachanza chako, woisa ½ tbs yekuzadza yogati, vhara zvakanaka & gadzira kabab yehukuru hwakaenzana (inoita 10-11).
- Mupani, pisa mafuta ekubikisa uye kababs isina kudzika pamoto wakaderera kubva kumativi maviri kusvika kune golden brown.
