  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Munyu kuti unzwe
  • Pinch hing
  • hanyanisi 1, yakagurwa zvakatsetseka
  • ¼ tsp mhodzi dzekaromu
  • 2 maspupu mashizha ecoriander akachekwa
  • Ghee sezvinodiwa

Nyoresa moong dal kweinenge maawa 4-5. Bvisa dhiri uye uwedzere ginger yakachekwa, chilies, coriander, oninos, munyu, tsvuku tsvuku yehupfu, turmeric poda, hing, mhodzi dzekaromu uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Wedzera hupfu uye ukanya kune mukanyiwa wakatsetseka uchiwedzera mvura sezvinodiwa. Zorora mukanyiwa kwemaminitsi makumi maviri. Knead mukanyiwa zvakare kweminiti. Pisa mafuta emasitadhi mupani. wedzera mhodzi uye bvumira kuputika. Wedzera hupfu hwemasitadhi, tsvuku tsvuku yehupfu, turmeric uye sanganisa. Wedzera miriwo, munyu uye funganisa zvakanaka. Bika kwemaminitsi 3-4. Wedzera vhiniga, sanganisa uye bvisa kubva pakupisa.
