Mabhawa eGranola emumba

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm (2 makapu) oats (pakarepo oats)
  • 80 gm (½ mukombe) maamondi, akachekwa
  • 3 zvipunu ruomba kana ghee
  • 220 gm (¾ cup) jaggery* (shandisa 1 cup jaggery, kana usingashandisi shuga yebrown)
  • 55 gm (¼ mukombe) shuga yebrown
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 100 gm (½ makapu) akachekwa uye akachekwa mazuvano
  • 90 gm (½ kapu) mazambiringa akaomeswa
  • 2 maspuni mhodzi dzemasame (optional)

Maitiro:

  1. zora dhishi rekubikisa rine 8″ by 12″ nebhota, ghee kana mafuta ane flavouted asina kwaarerekera woriisa nebepa rematehwe.

  7. Bika muovheni kwemaminitsi gumi. Bvumira kutonhora zvishoma uye kucheka kuita rectangles kana masikweya achiri kudziya. Mushure mekunge mbariro dzanyatsotonhora, unogona kusimudza chimedu zvakanaka uye wobvisa mamwe zvakare.
  8. Unofanira kushandisa jaggery iri mubhuroko fomu kwete jaggery yehupfu kuti uwane magadzirirwo chaiwo.
  9. Unokwanisa kusiya shuga yebrown kana ukada granola yako isingatapike, asi granola yako inogona kuita dhiri.
