Mabhawa eGranola emumba

Ingredients:
- 200 gm (2 makapu) oats (pakarepo oats)
- 80 gm (½ mukombe) maamondi, akachekwa
- 3 zvipunu ruomba kana ghee
- 220 gm (¾ cup) jaggery* (shandisa 1 cup jaggery, kana usingashandisi shuga yebrown)
- 55 gm (¼ mukombe) shuga yebrown
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 100 gm (½ makapu) akachekwa uye akachekwa mazuvano
- 90 gm (½ kapu) mazambiringa akaomeswa
- 2 maspuni mhodzi dzemasame (optional)
Maitiro:
- zora dhishi rekubikisa rine 8″ by 12″ nebhota, ghee kana mafuta ane flavouted asina kwaarerekera woriisa nebepa rematehwe.
- Mugango rinorema, gocha oats nearumondi kusvikira zvachinja ruvara uye wobudisa hwema hwakakangwa. Izvi zvinofanira kutora maminitsi masere kusvika gumi.
- Pedzisa ovheni kusvika 150°C/300°F.
- Mupoto, isa ghee, jaggery, neshuga yebrown uye kana jagger ranyunguduka, dzima moto.
- Sanganisa mununi yevanila, oats nemichero yose yakaoma wozunza zvakanaka.
- Fambisa musanganiswa mugaba rakagadzirwa uye uenzanise nzvimbo isina kuenzana nekapu yakati sandara. (Ndinoshandisa roti press.)
- Bika muovheni kwemaminitsi gumi. Bvumira kutonhora zvishoma uye kucheka kuita rectangles kana masikweya achiri kudziya. Mushure mekunge mbariro dzanyatsotonhora, unogona kusimudza chimedu zvakanaka uye wobvisa mamwe zvakare.
- Unofanira kushandisa jaggery iri mubhuroko fomu kwete jaggery yehupfu kuti uwane magadzirirwo chaiwo.
- Unokwanisa kusiya shuga yebrown kana ukada granola yako isingatapike, asi granola yako inogona kuita dhiri.
