For aloo ki sabzi:

Masitadhi mafuta 2-3 tbsp
Kumini mbeu 1 tsp
Ginger 1 inch (yakachekwa)
Green chillies 2-3 nos. (yakachekwa)
Chillies tsvuku 2 nhamba. (yakazara)
Spice mix 2 tbsp
Asafoetida 2 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Spicy red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Mvura inopisa 200 ml
Madomasi 2 nhamba. (yakachekwa)
Munyu kuvira
Mbatatisi 5-6 (yakabikwa)
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp

Spice mix 3 tbsp
red chilli powder ½ tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Hing 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 2 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Kasuri methi 2 tbsp
Munyu 1 pinch
Gram hupfu 5-6 spuni (yakakora)
Mafuta 2-3 tbsp
Mvura 2-3 tbsp
