) 350g -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs -Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira -Sabut dhania (mhodzi dzeCoriander) 1 & ½ tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs -Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika 1 tsp -Maida (hupfu hwechinangwa chese) 1 & ½ tbs -Mvura 3-4 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa tsama Gadzira Ghee Slurry: -Cornflour 3 tbs-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp-Ghee (Clarified butter) yakanyungudutswa 2 & ½ tbs Gadzira Kachori Dough: -Maida (Upfu hwechinangwa chese) 3 Makapu-Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravidza-Ghee (Chakajeka ruomba) 2 & ½ tbs-Mvura ¾ Mukombe kana sezvinodiwa-Mafuta ekubikisa pakukangwa
