1. Tanga nekucheka zvakanaka 1 kapu yekabichi woisa parutivi. Unogonawo kuisa hanyanisi yakachekwa kana uchida kuti uwedzere kunaka.
2. Mundiro yekuvhenganisa, sanganisa kabichi yakachekwa ne 1/2 kapu yered lentil paste. Izvi zvinowedzera kudzika uye kumonyoroka kwakasiyana kune omelet.
3. Dhonza zai 1 mumusanganiswa uye wedzera munyu uye mhiripiri yakasviba. Rova musanganiswa kusvika wanyatsosangana.
