        Chickpea Quinoa Recipe Ingredients
- 1 kapu / 190g Quinoa (yakanyikwa kwemaminitsi makumi matatu)
 - 2 makapu / gaba rimwe (398ml can) hukupizi dzakabikwa (Low sodium)
 - 3 Tbsp Mafuta omuorivhi
 - 1+1/2 mukombe / 200g hanyanisi
 - 1+1/2 Chipunu Garlic - yakachekwa zvakanaka (4 kusvika 5 garlic cloves)
 - 1/2 Chipunu Ginger - yakagurwa zvakatsetseka (1/2 inch yeganda reginger rakapepetwa)
 - 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
 - 1/2 Tsp Ground Kumini
 - 1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander
 - 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
 - 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (Sarudzo)
 - Munyu wekuravira (Ndawedzera 1 teaspoon yepink Himalayan salt iyo yakapfava pane yenguva dzose munyu)
 - 1 kapu / 150g Makarotsi - Julienne akachekwa
 - 1/2 kapu / 75g Edamame Yakaomeswa (optional)
 - 1 +1/2 kapu / 350ml Muto wemuriwo (Low Sodium)
 
Garnish:
- 1/3 mukombe / 60g GOLDEN Raisins - akachekwa
 - 1/2 kusvika 3/4 kapu / 30 kusvika 45g Green hanyanisi - yakachekwa
 - 1/2 kapu / 15g Cilantro KANA Parsley - yakachekwa
 - 1 kusvika 1+1/2 Chipunu muto weremoni KANA KURAVIRA
 - Kudiridza Kwemafuta eOlive (Sarudzo)
 
Nzira
- Kunyatsogeza quinoa kusvikira mvura yachena. Nyora mumvura kwemaminitsi makumi matatu. Bvisa mvura uye woisiya ichigara muchisefa.
 - Bvisa makapu maviri epizi dzakabikwa kana gaba rimwe woibvumira kugara musefa kuti ibude mvura yakawandisa.
 - Pisa pani, woisa mafuta omuorivhi, hanyanisi, uye 1/4 teaspoon munyu. Fry the onion pamoto uri pakati nepakati kusvika yatanga kutsvukira.
 - Kana hanyanisi yatanga kutsvukira, isa garlic neginger. Fry kweinenge 1 miniti kana kusvika kunhuhwirira.
 - Deredza kupisa kusvika pasi uye wedzera zvinonhuwira: Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Garam Masala, uye Cayenne Pepper. Sanganisa zvakanaka kwemasekonzi mashanu kusvika gumi.
 - Wedzera quinoa yakanyoroveswa uye yakasvinwa, makarotsi, munyu, uye muto wemuriwo pani. Mwaya edamame yakaomeswa nechando pamusoro, vhara pani, uye gadzira pamoto muduku kwemaminitsi angangoita 15-20 kana kuti kusvikira quinoa yaibva.
 - Kana quinoa yaibva, vhura pani wodzima moto. Wedzera chickpeas, mazambiringa akaomeswa, girini hanyanisi, cilantro, uye muto wemonamu. Nyara nemafuta emuorivhi uye tarisa kuti hapana zvakarungwa here.
