Ingredients (4 servings approx.)

  • 1 Kapu / 190g Quinoa (Yakanyatsoshambidzwa/yakanyoroveswa/kusvinwa)

  • 3 Zvipunu Mafuta eOlive
  • 1 + 1/2 Mukombe / 200g hanyanisi - yakagurwa
  • 1 + 1/2 Cup / 200g Red Bell Pepper - yakachekwa kuita zvidimbu zvidiki
  • 2 Chipunu Garlic - yakachekwa zvakanaka
  • 1 + 1/2 Kapu / 350ml Passata / Tomato Puree / Madomasi Akaomeswa
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Kumini
  • 2 Teaspoon Paprika (HAINA KUSVIRWA)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Mhiripiri Nhema
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper kana kuravira (optional)
  • 1 + 1/2 Makapu / 210g tsanga dzechibage dzakaomeswa (unogona kushandisa chibage chinyoro)
  • 1 + 1/4 Cup / 300ml Vegetable Broth (Low Sodium)
  • Wedzera Munyu Kukuravira (1 + 1/4 Tsp yePink Himalayan Munyu inokurudzirwa)

Garnish:

  • 1 kapu / 75g Green hanyanisi - yakachekwa
  • 1/2 kusvika 3/4 mukombe / 20 kusvika 30g Cilantro (Coriander mashizha) - akachekwa
  • Lime kana muto weLemon yekuravira
  • Kudiridza yeextra virgin Olive oil

Nzira:

  1. Nyatsogeza quinoa kusvikira mvura yachena uye inya kwemaminetsi makumi matatu. Bvisa uye woisiya igare musefa.
  2. Bvisa bhinzi nhema dzakabikwa wodzibvumira kuti dzigare musefa.
  3. Mupoto yakakura, pisa mafuta emuorivhi pamusoro pepakati-kupisa-kupisa. Wedzera hanyanisi, bhero tsvuku, uye munyu. Fry kusvika zvatsvukira.
  4. Wedzera garlic yakachekwa uye fry for 1 to 2 minutes kusvika yanhuhwirira. Zvadaro, wedzera zvinonhuwira: oregano, pasi kumini, mhiripiri yakasviba, paprika, cayenne pepper. Fry kweimwe 1 kusvika ku2 maminetsi.
  5. Wedzera pasita/tomato puree wobika kusvika yakora, maminetsi mana.
  6. Wedzera quinoa yakasukwa, bhinzi nhema yakabikwa, chibage chakaomeswa nechando, munyu, uye muto wemuriwo. Nyatsovhenganisa uye ugoita kuti vabike.
  7. Fukidza uye udzikise kupisa kusvika pasi, kubika kwemaminetsi angangoita gumi nemashanu kana kusvika quinoa yaibva (kwete mushy).
  8. Vhura, shongedza negirini hanyanisi, cilantro, lime juice, uye mafuta omuorivhi. Sanganisa zvinyoro nyoro kudzivirira mushi.
  9. Sevedza zvinopisa. Resipi iyi yakanakira kuronga kudya uye inogona kuchengetwa mufiriji kwemazuva matatu kusvika mana.
