- 1/4 kapu yegiriki yogati

- 1/8th teaspoon sinamoni
Nzira:
Sanganisa oats, mukaka wearumondi, yogati, nemhodzi dzechia muchirongo chinovharika (kana mundiro) kurunga kusvika zvanyatsosangana.
