4 Matomatisi makuru, akacheka muhafu
2-3 Anyanisi makuru, akachekwa
3-4 Garlic pods

5-6 Mavhavha
1 inch-Cinnamon Stick
3 Bay Leaves
5-6 Black Peppercorns
2 Green Cardamoms
2 tbsp Butter
Munyu kuravira

2 maspupu Ruomba
1 tsp Red Chilli upfu
1 tsp Coriander upfu
Yakagadzirirwa Gravy
3 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tsp Huchi
Yakabikwa Tandoori huku, shredded
1-2 inodonha Kewra Mvura
1 tbsp Yakaomeswa Fenugreek Mashizha, yakakangwa uye yakapwanyika
Marasha Akatsva
1 tsp Gee
Fresh Cream

Process

YeBase Gravy
• Mugango rezasi rinorema, isa ½ kapu yemvura.
• Wedzera matomatisi, hanyanisi, gariki, ginger, degi mirch uye zvese zvinonhuwirira. Sanganisa zvakanaka.
• Wedzera 1½ tsp butter, munyu uye sanganisa zvakanaka. Ivhara mubiki kwemaminitsi gumi nemashanu.
• Kana matomatisi apfava, neruoko rweblender, sanganisa muto wacho kusvika watsetseka.
• Sveta muto nemusefa.

YeButter Chicken
• Mupani, wedzera bhotela uye uite kuti inyunguduke. Wedzera tsvuku tsvuku tsvuku uye coriander powder, kubika kweminiti.
• Dururira gravy yakagadzirwa, fungai zvakanaka uye gadzirai 2-3 maminitsi.
• Wedzera kamu cream, uchi, shredded tandoori huku, sangana zvakanaka uye gadzira imwe 3-4 maminitsi.
• Wedzera kewra mvura, mashizha akaomeswa fenugreek uye kubika kwemaminitsi maviri.
• Muchidimbu chesimbi, wedzera marasha akatsva uye uise pakati pemuto.
• Dururira ghee pamusoro pemarasha uye pakarepo uvhare nechifukidziro, chengetedza 2-3 maminitsi ehutsi hunopisa. Kana wapedza, bvisa ndiro yemarasha.
• Tumira bhotela huku mundiro yekushumira. Gadzirisa nekrimu itsva uye coriander sprig. Shumira uchipisa neroti kana mupunga.
