Homemade Samosa & Roll Patti
        Ingredients: 
-Yakachengetedzwa atta (hupfu huchena) yakapepetwa 1 & ½ Makapu 
-Namak (Munyu) ¼ tsp 
-Mafuta 2 tbs 
-Pani (Mvura) ½ Kapu kana sezvinodiwa 
-Mafuta ekubikisa 
 Mazano: 
-Mundiro, isa hupfu huchena, munyu, mafuta uye sanganisa zvakanaka. 
-Zvishoma nezvishoma wedzera mvura wokanya kusvikira mukanyiwa wakapfava wagadzirwa. 
-Fukidza uye rega igare kwemaminitsi makumi matatu. 
-Kanya mukanyiwa zvakare nemafuta,mwaya hupfu panzvimbo yekushanda uye bvisa mukanyiwa uchibatsirwa nepini. 
-Zvino cheka mukanyiwa nemucheki,zora nemafuta womwaya hupfu pamatatu akakungurutswa. 
-Pane imwe yakakanyiwa mukanyiwa, isa imwe mukanyiwa wakapetwa pamusoro payo (inoita 4 layers nenzira iyi) uye bvisa nerubatsiro rwepini. 
-Pisai griddle uye gadzirai pamoto wakadzikira kwemasekonzi makumi matatu divi rega rega wopatsanura 4 layer uye ita kuti itonhore pasi. 
-Cheka mu roll uye samosa patti size ine cutter uye inogona kuomesa mubhegi rekuvhara zip kwemavhiki matatu. 
-Cheka mativi asara neanocheka. 
-Mu wok, pisa mafuta ekubikisa uye fry kusvika goridhe & crispy.  p>
