- 1/2 kapu karoti yakakanyiwa (65g)
- 1/2 kapu parsley KANA 1/4 kapu cilantro
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon juice yelemon OR vhiniga
- 1 tablespoon meple sirapu KANA 2 maspuni eshuga KANA uchi
