Ingredients:

Gadzira Kuzadza Mbatatisi: -Mafuta ekubikisa 2-3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) yakachekwa 1 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) yakachekwa 1 tbs -Aloo (Mbatatisi) yakabikwa 600g -Tandoori masala 1 tbs -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp kana kuravira -Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) ½ tsp kana kuravira -Zeera (Cumin powder) yakagochwa & yakapwanyika ½ tbs -Sabut dhania (mhodzi dzeCoriander) dzakakangwa & yakapwanyika ½ tbs -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp -Baisan (Gram powder) yakagochwa 3 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa tsama

Gadzira Paratha Dough: -Ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs -Maida (hupfu hwechinangwa chese) yakapepetwa 500g -Chakki atta (hupfu hwewholewheat) yakapepetwa Mukombe 1 -Shuga yakapfava 2 tbs -Baking soda ½ tsp -Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp -Doodh (Mukaka) inodziya 1 & ½ Mukombe -Mafuta ekubikisa 1 Tsp -Mafuta ekubikisa

Gadzirira Kuzadza Mbatatisi: -Muwoki, wedzera mafuta ekubikisa, gariki & fry kusvika ndarama. -Wedzera green chilli uye sanganisa zvakanaka. -Dzima moto, wedzera mbatatisi & mesh zvakanaka nerubatsiro rwemasher. -Batidza moto, wedzera tandoori masala, chaat masala, pink munyu, tsvuku chilli poda, mhodzi yekumini, mhodzi dzekorianderi, turmeric poda, hupfu hwegiramu, coriander nyowani, sanganisa zvakanaka uye ubike pazasi kwemaminetsi matatu-4. -Rega zvitonhore.
