- Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 Kapu kana sezvinodiwa
- Pyaz (Onion) yakachekwa nepakati 4-5
- Chicken mix boti 1 kg
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 6-7
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
- Laung (Marafu) 3-4
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) upfu 1 tbs
- Himalayan pink munyu 1 & ½ tsp kana kuravira
- Zeera hupfu (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs kana kuravira
- Garam masala hupfu ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yoguti) 300g
- Mvura 1 & ½ Mukombe
- Mvura inodziya 1 Kapu
- Kewra mvura 1 & ½ Tsp
Gadzirira Korma:
- Muhari, isa ruomba uye rega runyunguduke.
- Wedzera hanyanisi uye fry pamoto uripakati nepakati kusvika waita goridhe, wobura & wowaridza mutireyi uye worega kuti iome kusvika yatsvuka.
