  • Mafuta ekubikisa 3 tbs
  • Lehsan (Gariki) yakachekwa 1 tbs
  • Huku isina mabhonzo madiki cubes 500g
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira
  • Oregano yakaomeswa 1 & ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika 1 & ½ tsp
  • Mirch powder yakachengetedzwa (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
  • Sirka (vhiniga) 1 & ½ tbs

Gadzirira Miriyo Yakasviba:

  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) yakachekwa 2 zvepakati
  • Pyaz (White onion) yakachekwa nepakati 2
  • Hanyanisi hupfu ½ tsp
  • Lehsan hupfu (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
  • Himalayan pink munyu ¼ tsp kana kuravira
  • Oregano yakaomeswa ½ tsp
  • Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
  • Lemon juice 3 tbs
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbs
  • Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) yakachekwa 2 tbs

Kuunganidza:

  • Wholewheat dinner rolls/Buns 3 kana sezvinodiwa
  • Cheddar cheese yaOlper yakachekwa sezvinodiwa
  • Olper's Mozzarella cheese yakagezwa sezvinodiwa
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) yakapwanyika
  • Pickled jalapenos akachekwa

Nzira:

  1. Mupani, isa mafuta ekubikisa, gariki uye sodza kweminiti.
  2. Isa huku uye sanganisa zvakanaka kusvika yachinja ruvara.
  3. -Wedzera black pepper powder,pink salt,dried oregano,red chilli yakapwanyika,white mhiripiri hupfu,vhiniga, sanganisa zvakanaka & bika kwe2-3 maminitsi.
  4. Ngazvitonhore.

Gadzirira Miriyo Yakasviba:

  1. Mupani imwe chete yekufyisa, isa capsicum,hanyanisi uye sanganisa zvakanaka.
  2. Isa hupfu hwehanyanisi, hupfu hwegariki, mhiripiri yehupfu, munyu wepingi, oregano yakaomeswa & songa pamoto uri pakati nepakati kwemaminetsi 1-2 woisa parutivi.
  3. Mundiro, isa ruomba, muto weremoni uye sanganisa zvakanaka kwemasekonzi makumi matatu. Sour cream yagadzirwa.
  4. Wedzera mayonesi, coriander nyoro, muriwo wakabikwa, sanganisa zvakanaka woisa parutivi.

Kuunganidza:

  1. Cheka mabhanzi echisvusvuro/mabhanzi kubva pakati.
  2. Parutivi rwega rwega rwechisvusvuro/mabhanzi, wedzera & paradzira mavegi ane cream, huku yagadzirwa, cheddar chizi, mozzarella chizi, chilli tsvuku yakatswanywa & yakakangwa jalapenos.
  3. Sarudzo #1: Kubika muOvheni
  4. Bika muovheni yakatsvairwa kusvika 180C kusvika cheese yanyunguduka (6-7 minutes).
  5. Sarudzo #2: Pachitofu
  6. Pane nonstick griddle, isa mabhanzi, vhara uye bika pamoto wakadzikira kusvika cheese yanyunguduka (8-10 maminitsi) uye woisa nematomatisi ketchup (yagadzira 6).
