Ingredients:

  1. Boneless beef undercut 750g
  2. Himalayan pink munyu 1 tsp kana kuravira

  7. Hari mirch (Green chilli) yakapwanyika 1 tbs
  8. Sabut dhania (mhodzi dzeCoriander) dzakatswanyiwa 1 & ½ tbs
  9. Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
  10. Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
  11. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder ½ tsp tsp
  13. Himalayan pink munyu ½ tsp kana kuravira
  14. Kasuri methi (Mashizha akaomeswa fenugreek) 1 & ½ tsp
  15. Pyaz (onion) cubes sezvinodiwa

Nzira:

    < li>Mundiro, isa nyama yemombe, pink munyu, ginger garlic paste, papaya mbishi & sanganisa zvakanaka, vhara nefirimu rekudya & marinate kwemaawa mana mufiriji.
  1. Wedzera kirimu, yogati,girini chilli, mhodzi dzecoriander, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, pink munyu, mashizha akaomeswa efenugreek & sanganisa zvakanaka, vhara & marinate kwemaawa maviri.
  2. Mumaskewers emapuranga, skew onion cubes, marinated beef boti alternately & reserve yasara marinade kuti muzoishandisa gare gare.
