Ingredients:

  • Mapapiro ehuku ane ganda 750g
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Himalayan pink munyu ½ Tsp kana kuravira
  • Soda yekubikisa ½ tsp
  • Gariji namira 1 & ½ tsp
  • Cornflour ¾ Mukombe
  • hupfu hwechinangwa chese ½ Mukombe
  • upfu hwemhiripiri ½ tsp
  • hupfu hwehuku ½ tsp
  • Himalayan pink munyu ½ tsp kana kuravira
  • Paprika powder ½ tsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp (optional)
  • White mhiripiri hupfu ¼ tsp
  • Mvura ¾ Mukombe
  • Mafuta ekubikisa ekukacha
  • Mafuta ekubikisa 1 tbs
  • Butter ½ tbs (optional)
  • Gariki yakachekwa ½ tbs
  • hanyanisi yakachekwa nepakati 1
  • Chiri yegirini 2
  • Chiri dzvuku 2
  • mhiripiri nhema yakatswiwa kuti inave

Maitiro:

  • Mundiro wedzera mapapiro ehuku,upfu hwemhiripiri,pink munyu,soda yekubikisa,garlic paste & sanganisa zvakanaka,vhara & marinate kwemaawa 2-4 kana usiku hwose mufiriji.
  • In mbiya, isa cornflour, hupfu hwechinangwa chese, hupfu hwemhiripiri, hupfu hwehuku, munyu wepink, paprika powder, mustard powder, white pepper powder & sanganisa zvakanaka.
  • Isa mvura wosanganisa zvakanaka.
  • Dip & coat marinated wings.
  • Muwoki, pisa mafuta ekubikisa (140-150C) & fry mapapiro ehuku pamoto uripakati nepakati kwemaminitsi 4-5, bvisa uye worega kuti izorore kwemaminitsi mana. -5 maminetsi wobva wagocha zvakare pamoto wakakwirira kusvikira watsvukira ( 3-4 maminitsi).
  • Muwoki, isa mafuta ekubikisa, bhotoro uye woita kuti anyunguduke.
  • Wedzera. garlic,onion,green chilli,red chilli & sanganisa zvakanaka.
  • Zvino wedzera mapapiro akakangwa wobva wabika kweminiti.
  • Wedzera mhiripiri nhema yakapwanyika, sanganisa zvakanaka uye uise!
